The IZOT product line includes BMC’s Intelligent Z Optimization & Transformation products, which help the world’s largest companies to monitor and manage their mainframe systems. You will play a pivotal role in our team, contributing to the design of comprehensive test plans and strategies for both functional and non-functional validation.
Your responsibilities will span from manual testing tasks such as identifying scenarios, crafting test cases, executing tests, and managing defects to collaborating closely with developers and other QA team members to validate product functionality.
In addition to manual testing, you will be tasked with writing test automation scripts using our automation framework to facilitate regression testing. We aim to automate as many test cases as possible to ensure repeatability and efficiency, allowing you to dedicate more time to maintaining and enhancing the test suite and associated scripts.
Your role will also involve tracking all identified issues and defects, as well as verifying fixes provided by developers, to ensure the continuous improvement of product quality. Through your efforts, we will maintain a robust testing process that contributes to the overall success of our product

Skills :

Total 8 years of experience in Automation testing
Experience in Automation tools, Jenkins, Hiperstation, TPNS, Selenium, Robot Framework, Agile Development
Experience in building the automation framework
Should have experience automating application on different Angular versions (12 or higher)
Revision control systems (pretty much any will do e.g. GIT, PERFORCE). Experience in REXX and CI/CD pipeline end to end testing
TestTrack, JIRA tools.
Experience in testing and implementing mainframe applications in an IBM z/OS environment
Strong experience in IMS
Strong experience in JCL, VSAM, DB2, JES2/3, SDSF, ISPF
