- Enable revenue by partnering with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal, and RevOps across the opportunity‑to‑cash lifecycle.
- Create, review, and validate accurate and compliant quotations, contracts, and order forms, including complex and non‑standard deals.
- Support Sales with pricing logic, deal configuration, and commercial guidance across SaaS, subscription, on‑prem, and hybrid offerings.
- Ensure timely order intake and processing by managing queues and meeting defined SLAs.
- Safeguard compliance with licensing frameworks, subscription terms, SOX controls, and revenue recognition requirements.
- Act as a central point of coordination to resolve deal exceptions, data discrepancies, and system issues.
- Apply sound commercial judgment to protect recurring revenue, improve customer outcomes, and strengthen governance.
- 2-5 years of experience in Pricing, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Order Management, or Quote‑to‑Cash, ideally within a SaaS or subscription‑based environment.
- You understand software licensing, subscription models, and revenue recognition, and know how to apply them in real deal scenarios.
- You are confident handling complex, non‑standard, and exception‑based deals while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- You have hands‑on experience working with CRM and order management systems in SLA‑driven, high‑volume environments.
- You collaborate effectively across Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations, acting as a trusted partner in deal execution.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail and data integrity, ensuring audit readiness and policy adherence.
- You apply sound commercial judgment, take ownership, and bring a proactive, customer‑centric mindset to everything you do.
