Job Description:

Seeking an experienced sales support and customer service professional who wants to challenge themselves in a fast-paced environment with their business acumen. Are you passionate about problem solving and taking care of customers?

The Sales Order Specialist (SOS) is a member of the Order Services team working directly with the Sales organization, Legal team, Revenue Recognition team, and other members of the sales ecosystem to build a contract negotiated by Sales with quarterly goals. The candidate is expected to be the primary point of contact and a trusted advisor of the Sales organization. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

The SOS is responsible for assisting in researching accounts, preparing quotes, creating order documents, ensuring approvals are obtained, and validating license & support deals prior to customer review. This includes providing Sales guidance on legal and accounting policies and procedures (Corporate, SOX, Revenue Recognition and/or SSP) to prevent order issues. Submit completed order after timely validation for accuracy to Order Service Coordinators. Assist Collections, Passwords, Customer Success in customer clarification and resolutions of order information. 

  • Working knowledge of Oracle, SFDC and MS Office Suite.  
  • Must possess strong attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness with regard to all processes. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to workload balance and prioritize. 
  • Ability to learn Legal and Accounting requirements. 
  • Able to communicate, set expectations, validate and complete the order through invoice request to Sales and the Eco System.  
  • Must have the ability to work remotely and use escalation process when required.
  • Excellent written and communication skills required.  
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, using sound judgement in a timely manner.

Language Requirements:
  • English and Portuguese Fluency a must (Both written and verbal)
  • Spanish Fluency (A nice to have)

This position is a remote position based in Brazil with some travel to the local office in Sao Paulo on an as needed basis.
