As a Sales Order Specialist (Associate / Lead Pricing & Order Creation Analyst. (POCA) you will play a critical role in supporting our internal Sales Teams and broader ecosystem.
Your primary responsibility is to prepare and validate quotations and order forms within agreed SLAs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across the entire opportunity lifecycle.

- Remote Flexibility: Employees based in Singapore will work in a hybrid working environment
- Quarter-End Commitment: Flexibility is required around quarter ends. You must be willing to work until midnight on quarter-end days, including December 31st.

- Analyze customer inventory, contracts (current and historical), and licensing structures.
- Generate and support quotations, including non-standard pricing scenarios.
- Prepare contracts and order forms with precision and attention to detail.
- Capture and document all non-standard approvals.
- Submit deals upon contract/order form signature, ensuring timely processing.
- Provide Level 1 legal support and generate contractual agreements.
- Validate and process orders in compliance with licensing policies, SOX, and revenue recognition guidelines.
- Ensure all orders meet submission deadlines and are complete and accurate.
- Navigate and support various steps of the opportunity lifecycle across teams.
- Apply knowledge of license/software accounting and legal operations.
- Having Power of Attorney responsibility
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of the sales environment and SaaS/on-prem pricing.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and billing platforms (e.g., Zuora).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- AI oriented, strong affinity with AI and using AI in daily work routine
- Fluency in Mandarin
