- Dive into a variety of datasets (pipeline, forecast, whitespace in different marketings, etc.) to become a subject matter expert on the data generated by and used by our GTM team.
- Act as trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing insights and strategic recommendations to optimize GTM processes and systems.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis of quota-carrying performance (e.g., pipeline review) to identify critical risks and opportunities. Share a range of information, reasoning, insights and recommendations that will drive decisions by our key stakeholder teams.
- Streamline operating review deliverables to drive consistency and reduce cycle time.
- Partner with Data Engineering team to share the roadmap and development of datasets, continuously enhancing our analytical capabilities.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance or other quantitative fields.
- You have 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, consulting or an equivalent function, demonstrating proficiency in developing and implementing advanced analytical models and strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth. Experience in a SaaS or tech company and/or GTM functions a plus.
- You have a strong capability to analyze complex data sets, extract key insights, and translate them into actionable sales strategies that drive business impact.
- Your experience includes predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on-premises and cloud-based data sources in order to build easily digestible data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
- You have deep familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and experience with Python/R for data analysis and Salesforce data schemas.
- Ability to be efficient and work independently while also being able to collaborate effectively in a group setting, organize and manage mulple assignments and deadlines
- Proven ability to work effectively and establish relationships with business partners, especially with the heads of Sales, Ops, and Finance.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights in a comprehensible and engaging manner.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $111,525 - $185,875
