Description and Requirements

The Sales Operation Analyst will work closely with BMC Premium Support Team and help them manage sales opportunities, renewals, leads, customer records, etc. Identify the areas of process improvement and drive standardization and automation.

Support the Premier Support team on opportunity management (creation, updating, closing)
Collaborate with the Sales and Premier Support functions to ensure renewals timelines are met
Provide regular updates to Premier Support leadership on Opportunities and Renewals
Create and implement reporting and dashboards for the Premier Support team
Support building and organization that focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure proper lead management processes, metrics, and policies
Maintain data integrity within customer records in and other systems
Maintain and evangelize communication best practices for sales and sales support functions

Overall characteristics include a high level of integrity and drive to get things done, and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and influence coworkers and peers
3+ year of experience in Sales, Marketing or Business operations role with hands on experience in SFDC( or other CRM tools
Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to create presentations, process documentation etc.
Bachelor's Degree in Science, Finance, Economics or Commerce
