Position Description

You will work with an R & D product QA  team, which is responsible for conceptualizing and delivering capabilities for an enterprise analytics product. This is an excellent opportunity for you if:

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with developers, architects,  and other Quality Assurance team members to validate product functionality, via manual or automated execution of test cases

• Identify end user scenarios and pertinent test cases

• Document and track all discovered issues and defects, and validate fixes provided by developers

• Contribute to product and process improvements and refinement of QA practices

• Understand product capabilities from perspective of customers

• Showcase/demo product to customers and any other stakeholders, if required

• Write test automation scripts using automation framework for regression testing
• Be a good team player.
• Problem solving and debugging the issues
• Automate the manual assignments in TestNG/Selenium

Qualification:

• 3.5 + years of experience in testing RemedyProducts, Enterprise products
• 3+ years of exp On BMC Remedy(Platform + ITSM Apps)

• Experience in test cases creation, execution and defect reporting

• Ability to perform various types of testing - Install-upgrade, regression, feature testing

• Good knowledge on Relational Databases / SQL

• Knowledge and basic working on Unix/Linux OS

• Knowledge of Selenium and Java is must

• Experience in Remedy Platform and app based products (ITSM and others) is a big plus

• Experience of working directly with customers (resolving product issues, showcasing capabilities of product) is good to have    

• Good proficiency in English language and excellent communication skills are must
