- Execute full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, and present top-tier technical candidates while ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build strong and diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing techniques across multiple channels including headhunting primarily, social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct resume reviews, interviews, and initial technical assessments to evaluate candidates’ fit—both technically and culturally.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience through clear, timely, and transparent communication.
- Apply a data-driven mindset to continuously improve recruitment processes, track key hiring metrics, and share insights with stakeholders.
- Bring flexibility to support recruitment across different regions, stepping in where business needs evolve and driving hiring success in various markets.
- You have proven expertise in technical recruitment with a history of successfully connecting top talent to complex roles.
- You excel at building authentic relationships and communicating effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- You act as a trusted partner, using a data-driven approach to guide hiring decisions, optimize sourcing strategies, and measure success.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple roles and shifting priorities with agility, precision, and adaptability.
- You are open to supporting recruitment needs across different regions, demonstrating flexibility and a global mindset.
- You are proficient with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment technology, leveraging data insights to enhance outcomes.
- You stay ahead of industry trends, demonstrating deep knowledge of technical roles and innovative sourcing practices.
