- Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical & competency-based requirements of the role and determine an optimal recruitment process
- Design & Implement innovative recruitment & sourcing strategies that meet business needs and help create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Conduct resume and phone screenings to assess candidates' compatibility
- Build relationship with internal & external recruitment partners
- Pull, analyze & manipulate data & gather market intelligence to ensure you make date-driven decisions & provide ongoing feedback to managers
- Ensure positive candidate experience & hiring manager satisfaction
- 3+ years' experience as a technical recruiter
- Expertise with hands-on full life-cycle recruiting with a proven track record of success filling challenging technical roles
- Excellent sourcing skills, proficiency in Social Media recruiting platforms
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
- Highly energized and self-driven with great passion for recruitment
- Self-motivated & assertive - ability to hunt down answers and drive solutions autonomously
- Strong relationship-building & team collaboration skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
