Description and Requirements

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. 



  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical & competency-based requirements of the role and determine an optimal recruitment process.
  • Design & Implement innovative recruitment & sourcing strategies that meet business needs and help create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Conduct resume and phone screenings to assess candidates' compatibility
  • Build a network of potential candidates through continuous market research and on-going relationship building.
  • Design and implement new and creative ideas around talent acquisition, candidate experience, interview process, and recruiting automation.
  • Utilize social media and industry forums to attract new talent.
  • Conduct full-length HR interviews
  • Conduct marketing and branding activities via social networks
  • Ensure positive candidate experience


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent sourcing skills, proficiency in Social Media recruiting platforms
  • Proven Interview assessment skills
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize, work well & meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
