BMC is looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join our amazing team, responsible for driving innovation and efficiency across our business processes.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that will help automize business processes and workflows. You will use Power Platform tools, ensure seamless integration and support, enhance productivity, and improve process efficiency.

 

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using Power Platform components, including Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and AI Builder tools, with a focus on automating business processes and workflows.
  • Create comprehensive process and end-user documentation to support automated solutions and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Provide deployment support and troubleshoot production issues outside of work hours, leading efforts in problem determination and resolution.
  • Configure robotic processes and objects using core workflow principles to ensure efficiency and maintainability, emphasizing business process automation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess processes for automation opportunities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement in existing automated processes and recommend solutions to drive operational efficiency.
  • Share best practices in RPA development and mentor team members in automation strategies.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
  • 3–4 years of experience in RPA development. 
  • Familiarity with RPA tools such as Power Automate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. 
  • Basic programming knowledge in C#, Python, or Java. 
  • Understanding of business process analysis and workflow design. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities. 

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:

  • Prompt Engineering. 
  • Exposure to SQL and database management. 
  • Experience with REST APIs and web services. 
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies. 
  • Certification in any RPA platform is a plus. 
  • Good to have exposure to LLM models.

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 1,725,800 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
