We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RPA Developer to join our RPA team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows using industry-standard RPA tools. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in automation and a strong desire to grow in the field.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of RPA bots using platforms like PowerAutomate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and business analysts to understand automation requirements.
  • Participate in the design and documentation of automation workflows.
  • Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Provide support for deployed bots and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Maintain version control and documentation for all automation assets.
  • Stay updated with emerging RPA technologies and best practices

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·       3–4 years of experience in RPA development.

·       Familiarity with RPA tools such as PowerAutomate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

·       Basic programming knowledge in C#, Python, or Java.

·       Understanding of business process analysis and workflow design.

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

·       Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:

·       Exposure to SQL and database management.

·       Experience with REST APIs and web services.

·       Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

·       Certification in any RPA platform is a plus.

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 1,725,800 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
