Description and Requirements

Job Descriptions : 



  • Helping software development teams apply the Agile methodology 

  • Planning deliverables and helping teams monitor performance 

  • Resolving issues that hinder the teams’ work 

  • Coordinates and coaches software development team 

  • Manage each project’s scope and timeline 

  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration, especially Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrums, Refinements, Planning, Retrospectives, Sprint Reviews)  

  • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders) 

  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests 



  • Scrum Master working experience with Scrum and Kanban in a software development environment. 

  • Excellent knowledge of Agile techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) 

  • Ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mindset on deliverables.  

  • Excellent communication and servant leadership skills 

  • Commitment to Agile Principles. 

  • Jira experience preferred 

  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability 

  • Outstanding organizational skills 

  • Scrum Master certification a plus
