Roles and responsibilities:
The BMC Project Specialist will be responsible for supporting area services delivery.  You will be assigned as Project Administrator as well as act as program team member responsible for managing administration activities on Global Delivery programs.  Your responsibilities may include resource scheduling, revenue and CSP costs projections, tracking and reporting; coordinating fulfillment of project milestones; budget tracking and reporting; managing project expenses and billing; and fulfilling Portfolio requirements as assigned.

Key Accountabilities
Strategy / Project Management:
Provides cost analysis – e.g.% variance on budget.
Assists with gathering information for Program reporting.
Rolls Up program revenue and margin metrics.
Creates and delivers program time & expense reports.
Manages program team roster.
Participates in making arrangements and preparing materials for program meetings.
Manages meeting arrangements as needed – meeting room and services, catering.
Assists with presentation and agenda updates.
Manages program logistics.

Implementation / Delivery:
Performs Portfolio administrative activities (as requested).
Trains new Project Management personnel on the use of OpenAir for BMC engagements.
Performs Project Administrative work on Global Services Delivery Programs.
Duties performed on Global Programs may include:
o Performs resource staffing fulfillment (based on the requirements in the SOW with direction from Services Solution Managers or Program Managers). 
o Performs OpenAir administration
o OpenAir resource bookings
o OpenAir task (WBS) management
o OpenAir Time and Expense approvals
o OpenAir Project Status updates
o OpenAir Time/Expense move activities (as required)
o Manages resources (but not their work)
o Resource allocations and roll offs
o Onboard / off board assets (laptop/badge/office)
o Assists with logistics issues 
o Procure resource access to facilities, tools and systems
o Communicate T&E Policy
o Weekly communication with resources on issues, time off
o Stewards timely entry of weekly Time and Expenses
o Ensures in accordance with SOW Travel & Expense guidelines
o Performs weekly reporting to customer on budget and resource time schedules
o Performs weekly billing activities including managing billing errors
o Reviews invoices for compliance and stages in OpenAir for delivery
o Performs invoice reconciliation
o Gathers revenue projections (for forecast calls)
o Participates in weekly PMO project reviews
o Uploads program deliverables to CEL
o Facilitates escalations
o Manages budget and contract 
o Manages NBIP requests
o Assists with Contract Change Orders - monitors administration of CCO through to OpenAir
o Manages project/contract closeout
Fulfills varies BMC PMO requirements (as requested).

8+ years of Industry Experience in the PMO Domain as a project coordinator role or equivalent experience in project administration.
Experience with PMO governance processes including status reporting, budget and financial tracking, and issue resolution.
Managed administration of project teams of over 3 team members in more than 1 location.
Experience communicating at all levels within a corporation.
International experience preferred. 
Experience in cost stewardship and budget management.

Shift Time: EMEA Shift 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM IST
