Description and Requirements

This role is responsible for ensuring on-time and error-free delivery of Web Marketing projects. The ideal candidate has a web marketing background and demonstrable experience with the end-to-end process of building and maintaining websites, insight into digital marketing principles and a proven background in project management. 

This role will come to understand the business and objectives of the site and can assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and balance business needs with technical constraints.

  • Transform business and technical requirements into actionable plans.
  • Manage project delivery while providing regular status reports – with regards to time, scope, resources, budget and issue management.
  • Systematically pursue project output speed and quality by ensuring strong requirements upfront and UAT testing throughout, in order to deliver efficiency and quality to Marketing stakeholders.
  • Understand and apply Scrum and similar methodologies to Marketing initiatives.
  • Build partnerships with internal stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met and managed.
  • Prepare and facilitate stakeholder and project meetings.
  • Work with project management and change management counterparts from other marketing and IT functions (demand, creative, IS&T, etc.) to draft and execute cross-functional plans and processes.
  • Execute measurable and continuous improvements to company web sites.
  • Evaluate, document, improve, and standardize processes related to website projects and tasks.
  • Plan for and control quality by reviewing items before delivery to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in web project management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with project management best practices and experience implementing Agile, Scrum, and Kanban processes
  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams where collaboration is required
  • Ability to efficiently communicate with and between technical and non-technical colleagues including individuals at multiple levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle shifting priorities
  • Superior organization skills with great attention to detail
  • Experience working with a geographically dispersed and culturally diverse team preferred
