BMC is looking for a Web Front-End Developer to join our experienced web development team.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
• Be an important contributor in an agile web development team, using the latest web technologies to develop the new front end for enterprise software, that is mission-critical with thousands of customers around the world.
• Design and develop features for an industry-leading product using modern front-end technologies
• Work in an Agile methodology within a Scrum team to meet deadlines and produce high-quality features.
• Develop unit tests and component tests for each feature.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop joint features together.
• Provide high-quality support to our customers.
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
- Develop and maintain applications using java, AngularJS, SpringBoot with database as PostgreSQL
- Integrate third party applications/tools with the project to fetch real time data from tools like Jira, SonarQube, etc
- Maintain and build application source code with tools like git/github, maven
- Proficiency with rest architecture / restful api implementation
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable application
These applications will be used by executive leadership so the work will be visible at the exec level
Whilst these are nice to have, our team can help you develop in the following skills:
• Working on Enterprise Applications
• Experience in writing unit tests and component tests

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 1,638,100 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
