Description and Requirements
BMC is looking for an Experienced Product Manager to help us evolve our SecOps Strategy and deliver solutions targeted at the Global Fortune 500.
In this role, you will focus on our Helix Automation Console - a product that remediates security vulnerabilities, and ensures compliance using automation and advanced analytics. You will work closely with leaders across the company, and with enterprise customers globally. You will develop a deep understanding of the SecOps market opportunity, build product plans that drive incremental revenue, and then effectively execute those plans.

How will your day-to-day look like?
- Deep dive into the business needs of our customers, develop a comprehensive understanding of their day-to-day challenges, and develop a clear SecOps vision.
- Articulate the market and customer needs and define the product requirements needed to achieve the SecOps vision
- Work closely with R&D, design, and quality assurance teams, to ensure effective translation of product requirements into actionable plans and successful product development and delivery
- Support the solutions marketing team in developing tools that clearly articulate the value of our solutions
- Support the field team in maintaining key customer relationships and winning sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- 6+ years’ experience in Enterprise Software Product Management
- Vast experience working with B2B customers (preferably enterprise), including customer-facing experience
- Experience in IT Security Operations (SecOps) and\or IT Vulnerability Management
- Experience with SaaS products
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
- Willingness to take ownership of issues and see them through resolution.
- Ability to think big and to inspire passion in others.
- Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders and customers at all levels of the business, including the executive level, in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
It will be nice if you have:
- Experience in the field of DevOps and\or IT Compliance
- Background in sales \ professional services \ any other customer-facing role
