We are currently hiring for a Partner Enablement Manager!!

Reporting to the Senior Director, the Partner Enablement Manager’s primary accountability is to grow the capacity and capability of our partner ecosystem. You’ll leverage your extensive experience, program management consultative skills and knowledge of partner types to engage with stakeholders, decision-makers and executive sponsors within the partner and the field organizations. 

What you get to do every day:
•Develop and execute the Global Partner Enablement strategy 
•Program manage the overall partner enablement plan from initial build through ongoing improvements while working with a wide range of internal stakeholders
•Oversee the development of education and training content, working with product marketing and management, and other key SMEs to identify and develop core curriculum targeted at partner sales
•Build cohesive sales enablement toolkits through the lens of a partner seller/re-seller/GOSI
•Execute, manage and deliver virtual/in-person instructor led enablement and other learning events tied to global partner strategies and initiatives 
•Develop metrics/KPIs that align to the business objectives of the business units; measure and report on the effectiveness of partner enablement investments and programs 
•Collaborate with BMC channel teams to create and drive attendance to enablement events
•Lead and/or facilitate sales enablement activities: new hire training and on-boarding, sales meetings, annual sales kick-off and regional/sales team training
•Maintain partner pages on Sales Edge (Seismic platform) and complete necessary maintenance operations for currency.

Skills & Experiences that will help you succeed:
•Utility player with 5+ years’ experience in a Partner Enablement, Partner Development or Channel Enablement role focused on enterprise level businesses with global outsourcers/system integrators and/or boutique and regional partners; a portion of this role will also provide support as needed to business unit enablement 
•Proven enablement thought leader and influencer with strong enterprise software market experience 
•Understanding of enablement/training methodologies, value-based selling and training best practices
•Clear, professional, and concise communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
•Must be able to use consultative approach and persuasive communication with stakeholders
•Build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a complex, matrixed global organization
•Tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and execute in a changing environment; ability to make things happen collaboratively
