We are looking for a motivated and passionate technical sourcer to help us find the best available technical talent globally. 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Support recruiters, attend client briefings, help create hiring strategies
  • Design & Implement innovative sourcing strategies that meet business needs and help create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while prioritizing work based on business demands 
  • Gather market intelligence and provide ongoing feedback to recruiters on the realities of the marketplace
  • Attend meetings with recruiters when necessary to gain better understanding of required talent
  • Mapp passive candidates from complex Internet searches and existing talent pool database searches
  • Conduct resume and phone screenings to assess candidates' compatibility
  • Ensure passive candidates are regularly engaged with to keep talent pools up to date
  • Ensure all reporting requirements are up to date and within deadlines

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven expereince in sourcing for technical roles at high-volume 
  • Excellent sourcing skills; proficiency in Social Media recruiting platforms
  • Experience sourcing top talent using innovative recruiting techniques
  • Self-motivated & assertive, able to hunt down answers and drive solutions autonomously
  • Strong relationship-building & team collaboration skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing, rapid-growth environment
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritize, work well & meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
