Description and Requirements
- Provide technical and solution support throughout the sales cycle for enterprise opportunities
- Deliver and customize solution presentations, product demos, and PoV engagements
- Articulate business value, use cases, and solution differentiation to customers
- Participate in customer and sales calls to manage technical discussions and simplify requirements
- Design scalable and innovative solutions aligned to complex customer needs
- Define and manage Proof of Value (PoV) success criteria, environments (SaaS or On Prem), and execution
- Review RFPs and provide consultative guidance on solution fit and bid decisions
- Act as a trusted customer advocate, collaborating with Sales, Partners, and internal teams
- Support webinars, tradeshows, and marketing events through demonstrations and presentations
- 8–15 years of overall experience in IT Service Management or enterprise software
- Proven experience in a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales, or customer-facing technical role
- Hands-on experience with BMC Helix solutions, including:
- Helix ITSM
- Helix Digital Workplace
- Helix Business Workflows
- Strong ability to lead technical discoveries, demos, PoVs, and value-based discussions
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong consultative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with BMC Remedy or Helix ITSM (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in ITSM workflows, integrations, and customisation
- Background in implementation, support, consulting, or enterprise ITSM operations
- Exposure to customer interactions or solution design preferred
