Customer Success - Deliver customer-centric offerings that empower users to maximize the value of the Autonomous Digital Enterprise (ADE)

PRIMARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY: 

  • Working with GEO Services VP & Global Partner Management AVP, understand GEO goals and targets, as well global partner management processes and guidelines
  • Assist in qualification, selection, communication, goal setting and tracking, reviews, and escalation for assigned partners
  • Act as the assigned partners’ Services liaison within BMC 
  • Manage GEO Partner portfolio based on GEO needs
  • Establish communication cadence and rapport with GEO’s strategic partners (6-8 per GEO) 
  • Communicate GEO partner goals, metrics and track partner’s Services activities for the GEO
  • Create and maintain global dashboards
  • Coordinate with GEO Partner Operations Analyst for all GEOs reports, data and metrics needs

QUALIFICATION:

  • 10+ years of experience playing a similar role in a Services organization
  • Working with multiple implementation Partners across Americas, Europe, APAC, LATAM
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Project Management methodology familiarity (PMI Framework)

REQUIRED SKILLS: 

  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) 
  • Ability to communicate on a regular basis with BMC and partner executives
  • Ability to manage work individually with thorough planning 
  • Proactive in planning and execution of work
  • Expertise in using MS Office products (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

DESIRED (NICE-TO-HAVE) SKILLS:

  • Understanding of Project management skills
  • Prior experience in partner management
  • Prior experience in developing and improving business processes
