We are currently looking for a Superstar Account Manager with great expertise in selling Software solutions to Government Ministries/Departments. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the following skillset and experience:

·         You will have demonstrable experience in Software Sales to Central/State Government Customers

·         A deep understanding of Government Procurement procedures such as RFPs, GeM Procurement, Rate Contracts, NIC/NICSI etc.

·         You will have the ability to build strong relationships at senior level across Government / Consultants / Partners (System Integrators)

·         You will have proven experience of managing end to end Government Sales cycle; demonstrating your experience of closing large deals end to end

·         You will have the capability to understand technology and be able to whiteboard a solution to Government Customers / Consultants / Partners

·         You will have a collaborative attitude and be adept at working cohesively with your ecosystem such as Pre-Sales, Product Sales, Product Management, R&D, Legal, Services, Channels etc.

·         Ability to spend time in the field with Government Customers / Partners / Consultants to effectively establish value of solutions and strengthen relationships

·         You will have strong Account Management skills with the ability to do territory planning, account research, relationship building at multiple levels within a single customer, whitespace analysis and so on.

·         Ideally you will have formal training in MEDDIC, Miller Heimann, Sandler

·         You will have excellent customer focus and a strong attention to detail
