Role Summary

We are seeking an AI / Digital Transformation Manager to lead the design and delivery of high‑impact, enterprise‑grade AI solutions across the Helix organization. In this role, you will bridge business strategy and advanced technology—shaping how agentic AI, automation, and data‑driven intelligence are embedded into everyday workflows.

You will set technical direction and delivery standards while remaining hands‑on, partnering closely with Operations, Go‑To‑Market, IT, Data, and Engineering teams. Success in this role requires balancing innovation with practicality—delivering AI solutions that are measurable, adopted, secure, and sustainable.

This is a leadership role with direct influence on how AI transforms decision‑making, customer engagement, and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Architect & Scale AI Systems
  • Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, HelixGPT, Claude Cowork, and/or Google Gemini, including retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), multi‑agent orchestration, and custom connectors
  • Create a unified intelligence layer by integrating internal and external data sources, including Snowflake, Salesforce, product usage data, and third‑party signals
  • Lead the development of predictive and prescriptive models that inform deal health, renewal risk, forecasting accuracy, next‑best actions, and performance insights
  • Evaluate and optimize across multiple LLM providers (commercial and open‑source) based on performance, reliability, security, cost, and enterprise fit
Lead Strategic AI Initiatives
  • Partner with functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver AI‑driven automation and intelligence opportunities with clear business value
  • Translate business objectives into a practical AI roadmap with defined success metrics (adoption, ROI, operational impact)
  • Drive enterprise AI programs from concept through production, ensuring alignment between data, systems, and business processes
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure enterprise AI adoption, value delivery, and operational improvements
Establish Standards, Governance & Capability
  • Define and evolve best practices for AI engineering, deployment, and ongoing optimization
  • Mentor and guide AI engineers and business technologists, building consistent capabilities across teams
  • Champion responsible and ethical AI use, emphasizing transparency, explainability, security, and long‑term maintainability
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, translating complex technical topics into clear business implications




What You Bring

Technical & Analytical Experience
  • Hands‑on experience building and orchestrating agentic AI systems, including multi‑agent architectures, RAG pipelines, semantic indexing, and connectors
  • Strong understanding of LLM engineering and orchestration, with experience selecting and tuning models (e.g., Microsoft GPT, Claude, Gemini, open‑source) for specific tasks
  • Enterprise architecture and data integration experience across platforms such as Salesforce, Snowflake, M365, Azure, and SaaS ecosystems
  • Experience designing predictive and prescriptive analytics supporting forecasting, deal health, renewal risk, and operational insights
Leadership & Ways of Working
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and lead cross‑functional initiatives
  • Experience establishing standards, governance models, and scalable delivery practices
  • Systems thinking: the ability to connect customer journeys, business processes, data flows, and operational dependencies
  • Clear, inclusive communicator who can engage technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Bias toward action, continuous improvement, and product ownership
Desired Background

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success Operations within a SaaS environment
  • Background in strategy consulting or business transformation
