The Partner Account Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering strong relationships with our valued-added resellers (VARs) and work closely with BMC Growth Sales Leaders (GSLs).

Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:  

Drive Revenue: Collaborate with our global partner channel ecosystem to accelerate indirect sales and exceed revenue targets.
Enable Success: Support new partner onboarding and ramp-up processes to ensure seamless integration and rapid time-to-revenue.
Optimize Operations: Streamline partner management processes through automation and efficient use of Salesforce and partner relationship management (PRM) tools.
Build Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with VARs and BMC GSLs, ensuring exceptional service and support.
Drive Innovation: Work closely with channel partners to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs and drive growth.
To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

5+ years of experience in SaaS partner management.
Proven track record of managing successful channel partnerships.
Strong knowledge of BMC or competitive solutions or the ability to quickly learn.
Experience working with distributors, VARs, and Indirect focus teams.
Familiarity with systems like Salesforce and partner relationship management (PRM) tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
