Description and Requirements
- Two to four years of customer service experience with computer terminal information access.
- At least one-year of data entry experience.
- Basic PC skills in word processing and spreadsheet application are required.
- Must possess excellent organizational and communication, both verbal and written skills.
- Typing skills sufficient to perform accurate and timely data entry are required
- Must be very detailed oriented and exhibit a high degree of accuracy in the performance of job functions.
- Knowledge and experience using Salesforce.com and Oracle
- Experience with software licensing and contracts
