To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: 
  • Required 8–10 years of experience, including 5+ years in sales operations, customer service, or people management roles.
  • Hands-on and proven experience in process building, process improvement, and automation.
  • Strong understanding of sales incentives and commissions, with direct experience supporting or managing related processes.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, development planning, and team building.
  • Preferred technical skills – Salesforce.com reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Hands-on experience with process automation tools like PowerAutomate, and others.
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies and their application in business operations is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into strategic actions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global, multicultural environment.
  • Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

Position Description:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and process-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead our Go-To-Market (GTM) Center of Excellence (CoE) & Business Operations unit. 
  • This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and team performance across functions like Deal Desk, Customer Success Operations, and Incentive Compensation. 
  • You will champion continuous improvement, foster a collaborative culture, and leverage AI/GenAI to enhance business outcomes.

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 3,380,000 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
