Mainframe Practice Lead Manager - USA

This role is responsible for managing a team of high performing, customer-facing consultants and architects while also maintaining a personal and team billable utilization target. As a People Manager, this role requires a background in Services Delivery with experience in driving employee engagement in z/OS Mainframe work environments. The individual will also have a passion for delivering successful customer outcomes, as both an engagement leader and mentor.
