We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to provide exceptional support to the MENA organization, including Renewals, Field Sales, and other business units. While supporting the MENA markets, this role will be an integral part of a global sales operations team, ensuring alignment with worldwide strategies and best practices. The role focuses on ensuring activities and reporting adhering to established policies while driving coordinate strategic alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate strategic alignment across Renewals, Field Sales, and Sales Operations within the MENA region, ensuring consistency with global initiatives.
- Foster business coordination with Sales leadership to manage operations and analytics.
- Support the identification of new market opportunities and monitoring of the regional market, competitors, and operations.
- Provide operational and financial reporting insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive meetings.
- Analyze key metrics to support the Go-to-Market strategy and drive process efficiencies.
Preferred Background & Characteristics for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Finance Analysis, or Business Analysis within a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Knowledge of sales processes, quota/territory management, and Enterprise Software.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com (SFDC), Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Strong skills in data analytics, program management, and process optimization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across local and global teams and influence stakeholders.
- Support acquisitions, mergers, and divestments through strategic planning and operational alignment
