Due to the success of our Inside Sales organization across Americas and EMEA, we are investing into building an ISD Centre Of Excellence in Singapore to support our APAC & India sales team.
We are therefore looking to hire a Strong manager to set up this team and drive a culture of excellence. This role will report directly into our Inside Sales Director based in Dublin, Ireland. 

The primary responsibility of the Manager is to effectively develop and manage a cohesive team of Business Development Representatives who are responsible for the generation and assigning of high quality opportunities to the Field Sales Organization working in a fast paced, metrics driven, environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Being actively involved in recruitment and talent attraction to BMC – Your number 1 responsibility will be to build a team of 4 Business development representatives. 
• Act as a mentor to develop and coach top performing sales representatives 
• Effectively communicate and set performance expectations to your team and hold them accountable for their performance 
• Lead by example with the highest integrity and ethics 
• Effectively communicate to your team a vision aligned with the organization's mission, strategy and direction 
• Driving regular meetings with each of your team members/Performance Management reviews/Development sessions 
• Being Proactive in developing a retention strategy for your team members 
• Take an active role in developing strong relationships with your ecosystem (peer Managers/Solutions Engineering Managers/Corporate Functions) 
• Provide accurate and dependable pipeline projections to the senior management 

What We Seek: 

• An experienced Inside Sales Manager who will effectively develop and manage a cohesive team that properly represents BMC's solutions to our customers. 
• Fluency in English essential 
• Proven track record of accomplishments and overachievement 
• Outbound sales experience in a corporate environment desirable 
• Highly competitive streak 
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
