The primary focus of the Telecoms Business Developer is to grow the business for BMC by increasing market share and contributing to the transformation of the telecom industry for BMC customers.

In this position you will work together with the Sales Organization to develop and execute the GTM strategy (Geo´s, Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing…), as well as with the CPO and CTO Offices in driving technology and product strategy alignment for the specific telecom industry to define our value proposition, strengthen and grow relationships within that telecom customers and contribute to accelerate revenue growth across International:

• Evolve our current Sales Exc. Eng. adding specific vertical knowledge.
• Define the complete go-to-market strategy including:
• Market analysis
• Value Proposition, content and profiling our value cases.
• Take an active role in the new Telecom specific Application launch
• Supporting and enabling Telecom Teams
• Developing strong relationships with your ecosystem to lead cross-function collaboration
• Go-To-Markets (BMC salesforce, alliances, partnerships)
• Put in place a programmatic approach
• Present Vision & Strategy to CXO’s and Analysts
• Engage with key customers on senior level to support sales cycles
• Drive Pipeline Generation efforts & initiatives
• Lead by example with the highest integrity and ethics
• Ensure customer satisfaction remains high and develop referenceable clients’ interaction

What We Seek:

• An experienced Sales Professional with a track record of success
• An effective communicator to explain the Strategy and Vision of our Telecoms Strategy and Solutions portfolio
• A person with experience in building programmatic and competitive sales strategies.
• A recognized Sales Leader with knowledge and experience in this telecom industry.
• The candidate is able to be spin the web in large multinational vendors and culturally diverse markets.
