BMC Software is looking for a Manager of Field Sales, DSOM Strategic Sales Group Specialist.

Day in the life: This is a Strategic Sales specialist who will support the field team in reaching their quota.  Activities include assistance in Pipeline Generation, Leading PG days, creating the strategy and gamification for these events, assistance with negotiations and deal structure, help with territory mapping, and overall providing product sales support to the field sales team

Responsible identifying tools and creating processes to grow US pipeline and revenue for Digital Service and Operations Management (DSOM) strategic accounts.

Maximize bookable revenue by working with field sales leaders to advance key opportunities through the sales process. Conduct field enablement focused on effective negotiations and sales process. Negotiate key opportunities with customers.

Responsibilities include, territory sales and go-to-market plans. Implement a collaborative sales process with consultative selling methodologies, strategic planning, and provide structured account and territory management for the sales teams. Organize sales team to provide optimal focus on the needs of the current account base and new account acquisition.
