DSOM Solutions Sales Manager - EMEA Strategic (Location is flexible within EMEA)

Digital Service & Operations Management (DSOM) is a combination of our two flagship portfolio’s (AISM & AIOPS) running on a single platform, which can deliver services faster, accelerate time-to-market, and lower cost and risk across your customer's organizations. This is why we are relevant and why analysts keep putting BMC DSOM solutions in the lead of their quadrants and competitive analysis. We recently launched into the market ServiceOps concept, what leverage the power of AISM & AIOPS capabilities together in a single SaaS Platform, built to provide larger value to our customers. Next years strategy is to roll out this strategy and enhanced platform and portfolio. 

The primary focus of the DSOM Solutions Sales Manager is to grow market share in this market primarily by accelerating our growing SaaS business. 

In this position you will be working together with the Geo Sales Leadership to drive sales, as well as with the Product Leadership team in driving the sales strategy for the DSOM Group. 

As a DSOM Solution Sales Manager, you will have the following responsibilities: 

• Leading ACV & Total bookings for DSOM in the region 
• Provide accurate and dependable DSOM revenue projections to the senior management including forecasting 
• Work with a team of DSOM Sales Account Managers aligned to the International Region 
• Transform the DSOM solution sales team through continued enablement to deliver on the DSOM portfolio 
• Drive Pipeline Generation efforts & initiatives 
• Present DSOM Vision & Strategy to CXO’s and Analysts 
• Being actively involved in recruitment and talent attraction to BMC 
• Engage with key DSOM customers on senior level to support sales cycles 
• Represent International Enterprise customer needs in front of the Business Unit and provide feedback to keep improving DSOM portfolio and evolving to serve our customers. 
• Manage multiple sales motions to include; new logo, additional capacity, and migrations 
• Lead by example with the highest integrity and ethics 
• Effectively communicate to your team a vision aligned with the organization's mission, strategy and direction 
• Take an active role in developing strong relationships with your ecosystem (peer Managers/Solutions Engineering Managers/Corporate Functions) 
• Ensure customer satisfaction remains high and develop referenceable clients’ interaction.

• An experienced Sales Professional with a track record of success 
• An effective communicator to explain the Strategy and Vision of our DSOM Solutions portfolio 
• A person with experience in building and growing a SaaS business 
• You will be able to be spin the web between the Sales Organization and the Solutions Organization
