Description and Requirements

This person will be responsible for mastering the brand strategy, brand identity, and corporate strategy and then applying that knowledge to what our marketing stakeholders are trying to achieve. 

As part of the Brand & Creative Services team, this person will report directly into the Director of Brand & Creative Services. They will work with other project managers and graphic designers within the Brand & Creative Services team daily to produce high-level, innovative, and impactful strategic marketing deliverables. 

In addition, confidently defining priorities, holding regular meetings with stakeholders and leaders within the organization, coordinating review cycles, and holding stakeholders accountable on a tight time frame is essential to this role.  

This is a remote role with an opportunity to resume to an in-person office setting at a later date. 

The Job
  • A team player with strong personal accountability. Confidently asserting clear expectations written and verbally so that there is brand consistency and high-level work being created. 
  • Relationship management with all stakeholders to ensure quality, expectations, and deadlines are met.
  • Ongoing process assessment, improvement, and documentation.
  • Main communication touchpoint with other areas of the org regarding projects and processes.
You (the following is great to have, but not required)
  • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing, Project Management, or a related field
  • Bachelors Degree 
  • Experience working with designers, web developers, and other creative roles
  • Familiarity with the creative process
  • Experience with Project Management best practices
  • Strong aptitude for communicating effectively to foster clarity, actionable next steps, and innovative work.
