Position Description:

We’re hiring for Zuora Architect - Lead Technical Solution Specialist for BMC’s force.com environments. These environments support over 3500 total Sales/Service Cloud users and 7000+ Salesforce.com Platform users. You will work with the Zuora based Zuora Quote-to-Cash suite of products, including CPQ (configure/price/quote), Zuora Billing, and Apttus Contract Management.

At this level, as a key resource you’ll show expert-level competency across the force.com platform.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to design and maintain the architectural roadmap for this Salesforce/Zuora implementation.

• Ability to Lead the technical design sessions and write technical design documents.

• Perform as an expert in Force.com web application development, Salesforce/Zuora integration/extensions, and designing solutions using Force.com (including API, APEX, Visual Force, Salesforce Lightning Web Component, and other tools).

• Demonstratable track record with Agile Development Methodology.

• Demonstratable business knowledge of the Opportunity to Contract Value Stream.

• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements,

• Ability to review solutions and recommend improvements,

• Able to work closely with the team, internal Project Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and other Developers.

• Demonstratable leadership in adopting strategic strategies such as DevSecOps, Automation, and Data Architecture

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to SaaS, E-Commerce, ZUORA CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, or CRM.

• Minimum 10+ years of complex SFDC Apex, Salesforce LWD, and Visual Force Page development

• Expertise with Zuora CPQ

• Domain knowledge of Configuration Pricing & Quote

• Thorough understanding of SFDC /Zuora governor limits and best practice guidelines.

• Implemented several complex Salesforce projects in a lead technical role.

• Experience in designing and developing integrations from Force.com to upstream and downstream applications using Force.com API(s)

• Good understanding of Force.com architecture.

• B.S. in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
