  • Knowledge of TrueSight Operations Management or BMC Helix Operations Management
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Kubernetes infrastructure
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Flexibility and the ability to learn new technologies, commonly in a self-motivated environment as needs arise 
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
