Job Description: Lead SQA

We are looking for SaaS quality driven QA engineers who can learn and adopt cutting edge technologies and tools to ensure best quality of our SaaS solutions. Person should have “Get it done” and "Do it Right" attitude and should be thriving for the quality, diligence, and thoroughness. The role drives business value through technical innovation such as simplification, extensibility, and supportability.

What You Will Be Doing

Develop and maintain robust Automation framework
Accurate estimations, design and create project plans, test plans, test strategies for testing functional and non-functional requirements
Works closely with cross teams to ensure products achieve desired level of quality.
Experience in debugging and troubleshooting and Figuring out solutions & not reporting only problems
Accurately report status to required levels of leadership/management.
Always look out for Upcoming trends in the product / solution & their impact, Influencing the stakeholders for any inclusions/exclusions, Identifying tools/techniques that can improve the efficiency
Contribute to product and process improvements and refinement of QA practices.
RCA: To be able to analyze customer case and derive the use case which will ensure catching the defect
Prepare test cases from requirements, source documents and execute test cases, test case reviews.
Able to contribute to architectural discussions in release level architectural discussions
Follow established organizational processes.
Participate in the documentation, development and improvement of processes and procedures.
The role works on a broad array of critical issues including automation, integration and interoperability.

Primary Skills:

10-12 years’ of hands on Experience in testing Enterprise products and owning Test modules from E2E perspective
Experience into testing Web, Client server applications build in Java
Hands on Experience with automation/scripting (Selenium/Java)
Good understanding on SaaS products and processes along with cloud technologies (Kubernetes, Jenkins, Rancher, OpenShift, AWS, Oracle cloud)
Experience in Test Strategy, test planning, test cases creation, execution, defect reporting
Should be able to collaborate between QA, Development , Doc & Support teams
Conduct & drive meetings, as required, Being part of the various drives within the Org, Be the face of team in various forums, Contribute to & participate in Demos
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Desired Skills:

Well versed with Agile Methodologies
Diverse experience in testing on different Operating systems flavors Windows/Unix
Domain expertise in Infrastructure Management a plus
Good knowledge on databases Oracle/Postgres
