We are actively seeking an innovative marketing analyst responsible for the development and management of establishing our ABM, demand, field, and channel marketing program targets, providing on-going performance measurements, and fact-based reporting and analysis in collaboration with our marketing program managers and analytics team to enhance data-driven insights for better decision making and improved results.

Responsibilities:
Primary points of responsibility include, but will not be limited to:
  • Working with marketing operations to define the performance measurements, reporting, and analysis required to improve marketing program results for the business unit
  • Collaborating directly with analytics/data science team to develop and enhance dashboards providing data driven insights to the integrated demand marketing team.
  • Translating quantitative data into actionable recommendations to meet business objectives, marketing goals and measurements, in easy to follow narratives and storytelling.
  • Regularly reviewing dashboards with business unit marketing leadership team providing performance updates and summaries.
  • Support monthly and quarterly interlocks with cross-organizational teams to support continued improvements for integrated demand marketing.
  • Work with various teams to identify, track and report KPIs for product launches
Experience Required:
  • 5+ years of experience in an analytics role within the high-tech industry (marketing analytics experience a plus).
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (Leads, Campaigns, and Reporting), Eloqua, collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Teams), database experience and advanced reporting and analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Power user with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Demonstrate project and process management capabilities
  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams to drive timely project completion
  • Self-starter, high-energy, with ability to execute on business objectives
  • Experience of Industry Best Practices for marketing metrics and processes
Required Skills: 
  • Must be an analytical and critical thinker, act independently when required, and have a high degree of personal initiative
  • Must have technical experience in database and analytic visualization tools (proficiency in SQL a plus)
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills, with effective presentation and interpersonal skills 
  • Must exhibit professional maturity, good judgment, and remain cool under pressure
  • Strong time-management, project and process management skills
  • Ability to think creatively and communicate ideas to drive continued excellence for the team
  • Operate as part of a team and work effectively with a diverse group of people
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
