We are actively seeking an innovative marketing specialist responsible for the coordination and unification of our ABM, demand field and channel marketing programs, creating a cohesive prospect and customer experience, providing on-going performance analysis in close collaboration with our marketing program managers and tele-prospecting teams. 

What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Unify cross-channel campaigns and improve marketing workflows 
  • Educate and assist teams with segmentation, tactics and  marketing strategy by providing performance measurements, reporting and analysis to improve program results 
  • On-going coordination of activities across marketing teams throughout the customer’s journey to ensure messaging is in line with business goals 
  • Gain buy-in for measurement models from key stakeholders
  • Provide insight into prospect data that will be used to build and execute more effective marketing campaigns 
  • Collaborate with the Analytics Team to develop data models and dashboards to provide enhanced insights 
  • Optimize cross-channel marketing programs 
  • Work with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure utilization and adoption of dashboards
  • Provide performance updates and summaries to leadership
  • Lead the development of process improvements in these areas
  • Lead monthly and quarterly interlocks with cross-organizational teams to support continued improvements
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Collaborative, detailed, service-oriented, and a strong analytical mindset
  • Ability to translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations and business objectives into marketing goals and measurements
  • Experience of Industry Best Practices for marketing metrics and processes
  • Power user with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Minimum of ten years’ experience in B2B marketing
Nice to Have’s:
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (Leads, Campaigns, and Reporting), Eloqua, collaboration tools (i.e. Microsoft Teams), and advanced reporting and analytics tools
  • Three to five years of analytics experience
  • Three years of experience in ABM or Demand Generation role in the high-tech industry
  • Bachelor’s degree
