Description and Requirements
- Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial and government licensing, software as a service, data privacy, confidentiality, and professional services agreements.
- Act as the first point of contact in Legal for the Sales organization to identify, advise on and help resolve legal and business issues in a practical manner while still protecting BMC’s interests.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience drafting and negotiating complex technology-related/SaaS agreements in support of a sales organization.
- You have a customer-focused mentality and demonstrate the ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate closely with key cross-functional stakeholders.
- You are able to balance multiple challenging responsibilities simultaneously while remaining responsive to internal clients and BMC’s customers.
- You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment, showing flexibility and an openness to new ways to solve problems.
- You have a solid understanding of the software sales life cycle and are committed to supporting the organization through the quarter and year end processes and deadlines.
- You are open to supporting sales teams in multiple regions and time zones.
