Key Responsibility/Role Expectation

Provide overall programming and technical support for BMC’s Marketing Automation system.

Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration to the Marketing Automation tool.

Act as the first line of defense for proactive system monitoring (check daily reports and failed calls), as well as reactive problem resolution management.

Execute unit testing and support user acceptance testing for programs written in Eloqua.

Update field integrations between Marketing Automation, CRM and CMS as needed.

Implement programs to populate/cleanse data fields as needed.

Work closely with key internal stakeholders and CRM team to develop customized reports to validate data loads and lead flow.

Assist in the creation of dashboards that meet the specialized needs of end-user marketing clients to facilitate quick insights to further improve future campaign performance.

Help drive execution of deliverables.

Professional Experience

Minimum of 4+ years of Administration experience with Oracle Eloqua/Marketo/HubSpot/SFMC and different facets of Marketing Cloud Products are a plus. implementation and administration experience.

Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments in a timely manner.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Ability to extract and analyze data out of Oracle Eloqua and for troubleshooting and reporting.

Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, and reconcile conflicts.

Proven ability to communicate and build long term relationships with a diverse set of cross-functional business partners with a customer-oriented focus.

Preferred: Oracle recognized certification Oracle Marketing Cloud E10.
