Key Responsibility/Role Expectation
• Provide overall programming and technical support for BMC’s Marketing Automation system.
• Perform day-to-day system maintenance and configuration to the Marketing Automation tool.
• Act as the first line of defense for proactive system monitoring (check daily reports and failed calls), as well as reactive problem resolution management.
• Execute unit testing and support user acceptance testing for programs written in Eloqua.
• Update field integrations between Marketing Automation, SalesForce.com CRM and CMS as needed.
• Implement programs to populate/cleanse data fields as needed.
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders and Salesforce.com CRM team to develop customized reports to validate data loads and lead flow.
• Assist in the creation of dashboards that meet the specialized needs of end-user marketing clients to facilitate quick insights to further improve future campaign performance.
• Help drive execution of deliverables.
Professional Experience
• Minimum of 4+ years of Administration experience with Oracle Eloqua/Marketo/HubSpot/SFMC and different facets of Marketing Cloud Products are a plus.
• Salesforce.com implementation and administration experience.
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments in a timely manner.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to extract and analyze data out of Oracle Eloqua and salesforce.com for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, and reconcile conflicts.
• Proven ability to communicate and build long term relationships with a diverse set of cross-functional business partners with a customer-oriented focus.
• Preferred: Oracle recognized certification Oracle Marketing Cloud E10.
