Business Unit Description:

IS&T Solution Management team is responsible for client engagement activities required to support the infrastructure & application needs of the product development community within BMC.

Primary Roles:
  • Oversee various Procure to Pay Programs and/or Applications (Oracle, FieldGlass, Concur, etc.) 
  • Responsible for P2P Application configurations, maintenance work, and enhancing processes
  • Coordinates with P2P business sponsors/users for requirements, discuss issues, etc. 
  • Work directly with the development team to build solutions, discuss requirements, testing solutions, etc.
  • Gather detailed requirements, produce business requirement documents (BRDs)
  • Manage requirements in Rally
  • Develop detailed test plans/scripts
  • Conduct, lead, manage UAT and results
  • Effectively coordinate project activities at the direction of management   
  • Monitor P2P applications / programs to ensure effective administration and growth.
  • Effectively plan, coordinate, and execute prioritized initiatives.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure timelines and milestones are met. 
  • Provide management with weekly/monthly/quarterly metrics surrounding P2P applications
  • Ad-Hoc reporting needs
  • Actively participate in P2P projects / Initiatives
  • Monitor best practices and key performance indicators
  • Attend weekly status meetings and provide updates
  • Attend and lead scrum meetings
  • Analytical skills required to question processes, ask the why questions, challenge the team to think outside the box

  • Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related to
  • 5+ years Business Systems Analysis
  • 5+ years working with P2P business processes
  • 5+ years working with Oracle E-Business Suite.  Hands on experience with R12 for all P2P modules, such as iSupplier, Procurement, Accounts Payables, Sourcing, RFP, etc.
  • 3+ years working with Field Glass and/or Contingent Worker processes
  • Managing Requirements in a system such as Rally
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detailed oriented

  • Familiar with the Agile Methodology

At BMC we believe in pay transparency and have set the midpoint of the salary band for this role at 3,315,400 INR. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The salary listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
