We are the One BMC Operations Analytics team, a highly functional, growing, business & outcome-focused agile team that enables business groups and departments within BMC. Through our data (lots of it!) analysis, our insights, our insight bots, and applications/tools, we empower our users to self-serve their data/insight needs now and in the future.

About You
As a Sr. BI Analyst, you will support projects in the areas of Sales, Customer Segmentation, Customer Renewals, Customer Health, etc. You will work closely with business, IT, and analytics to understand, review, explain, enable, and solve business problems with your analytical skills. 
You are passionate about data, analytics and keen to support businesses to make data-driven decisions and provide insightful interpretation. You are a team player and believe in building synergies across BMC to create/continually evolve one integrated customer journey. Continuous learning is your mojo. Key Responsibilities
Maintain Sales analytics like Pipeline, Win Rate, Renewal Rate, Pipeline Burndown, Sales Performance, Customer Churn, Forecasting, Renewal Risk, ARR, Annual Growth Rate, etc. 
Monitor and report the impact of customer engagement activities on sales and renewals.
Manage customer segmentation model based on various criteria defined by the business.
Create new/update existing dashboards to support business needs.
Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, customer success, and product to enable a one integrated customer journey analytics platform.
Partner with key stakeholders to provide compelling analyses and insightful/actionable recommendation.
Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
Maintain ownership and support ongoing evolution the organization’s analytical roadmap.
Work with tech teams/IT to ensure that infrastructure for analytics and reporting is robust and suitable to meet current and future needs.

Professional Experience
3+ years of experience in Sales analytics in the B2B domain with the ability to explore, understand, explain, and solve business problems.
3+ years of experience working with data visualization tools like Tableau, Einstein, MicroStrategy, etc.
Ability to run SQL queries or build visual dataflows to extract and explore the data.
Relevant experience in CRM, ERP, SQL, ETL, Database Modeling, Visualization, etc.
Ability to express complex concepts in simple terms at all levels of the organization.
Experience in building data science products and operationalizing them at scale, and using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights will be an added advantage.
Certification in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, etc. will be an added advantage
Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, etc.) OR any relevant field.
