About You
As a BI Analyst, you will support Marketing Data Repository to maintain and share the most accurate data with business and analytics users. You will also work closely with business and analytics to understand and solve the business problem. You will be responsible for optimizing, updating, and maintaining a multidimensional database model.

Key Responsibility
Create new database objects that answer a business question.
Transform existing/new data sources using ETL/Script.
Automate data processes to shorten the data-to-insight creation process.
Create new/update existing dimension model to support reporting needs.
Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, customer success, and product to enable a one integrated customer journey analytics platform.

Professional Experience
5+ years of experience in database management, dimensional modeling, ETL (Extract-Transform-Load), performance optimization, managing/building DataMart, etc.
4+ years of experience in marketing/sales data and analytics with the ability to connect business requirements with data.
4+ years of experience working with databases (SSMS, Snowflake, Redshift, Oracle, or any other database, etc.)
1+ year Agile experience in database design and delivery.
Well versed in designing new database objects which are optimized and scalable from a performance perspective.
Extensive experience in SQL, ETL, Database Modeling, understanding Databases Design, Functionality, etc.
Experience in ETL tools like Informatica, SSIS, etc, and visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc.
Strong knowledge of Data warehousing and BI concepts, dimensional modeling, SCD, CDC, design methods, etc.

Good to have
Experience in Graphs database or Azure, Data Science and/or Machine Learning and data engineering will be an added advantage.
Ability to express complex concepts in simple terms at all levels of the organization  
Certification in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, etc. will be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, etc.) OR any relevant field.
