Here at BMC Software, we offer a true 24/7 IT support offering to all our end-users. This role will sit with our Level-3 (local) support team based in GDL, Mexico. 

This is an office-based role where it is important to collaborate and work with your colleagues in the GDL office and globally. 

The focal point of this role will be Mobile audit and optimization worldwide. 

Key Responsibilities:
You will be a part of the management all of BMC wireless accounts globally.
Experience supporting Mobile Devices and working with carriers.
You will need good written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are a bonus.
This is a global role; you may be required to communicate with BMC employees and vendors in other countries.
You should be comfortable with Account Maintenance and provide monthly reports, this should include maintenance summary for mobile phones & Data Cards.
Must be comfortable working with venders to resolve disputes.
Must be able to run reports and be proficient in Excel
Should be proactive to review mobile device cost and comfortable in meetings with vendors to compare and correct plans or features on end-user’s device.
Naturally inquisitive, you will help our end-users resolve their issues in a timely manner.
A strong team player, we need someone that likes to share thoughts, ideas, and better ways to work across multi-geo locations.
Confidently work with IT hardware comprising Laptops, Desktops, Mobile, Tablet and Apple MAC devices.

Key Skills:

 Experience on Virtual desktop (VMware/Parallels).
•  Experience working with mobile device carriers and Apple would be a plus.
•  Some experience of Windows 11, MacBook iOS, Office365, McAfee, Anti-virus, Bit locker, Encryption, Network Printers, Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Active Directory (user/server admin/permissions), JAMF, CrowdStrike, Commvault, & Zoom, Beyond Identity.
Some understanding of unified communications platforms such as video conferencing, VOIP systems, Knowledge of Polycom would be a bonus.
You will be handling incoming requests for new mobile device orders working with regional carriers defined by BMC.
A self-starter with a strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Experience working in IT or a customer facing role.
