You will be an experienced Partner / Channel / Regional Sales Manager who effectively develops and manages a cohesive team (Partner Managers) that properly represents BMC's solutions to our Partners, resulting in the revenue attainment and customer satisfaction desired by the business.

Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

  • You will act as a mentor to develop and coach top performing Partner Sales Managers at BMC, whilst being actively involved in recruitment and talent attraction to BMC
  • You will take an active role in developing strong relationships with your ecosystem (Partners, peer Managers/Solutions Engineering Managers/Corporate Functions)
  • Through your business acumen & Customers landscape knowledge, you will lead the enablement efforts with the partners to ensure they are technically equipped & master to sales process so that we can all win together!
  • Lead the business planning and quarterly review process directly and through the team, whilst helping to drive partner marketing programs, pricing structures & incentives tailored to each partner and the BMC solutions.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • You have experience working as a Partner / Channel Manager – with a depth in creating a vision, articulation around the vision, managing distributor & resellers, and driving sales opportunities.
  • You have successful track record in building and executing the plan and channel transformation
  • Through your competitive and growth mindset (yet always with integrity), you will drive this business with an ambition to succeed.
