At the back of a record breaking fiscal year, we are looking to hire a strong sales leader to lead our team of top performing, enthusiastic DSOM Sales team in France. 

The primary responsibility of the Regional Sales Manager is to effectively develop and manage a cohesive team that properly represents BMC's solutions to our customers; resulting in the revenue attainment and customer satisfaction desired by the business. You will use strong coaching and leadership skills to lead a sales team to keep being succesful and grow the revenue to the next level. 

Experience Needed and Experience Offered 

• You will act as a mentor to develop and coach top performing sales representatives 
• You Effectively communicate and set performance expectations to your team and hold them accountable for their performance 
• You Lead by example with the highest integrity and ethics 
• You Effectively communicate to your team a vision aligned with the organisation’s mission, strategy and direction 
• You will be Driving regular meetings with each of your team members/Performance Management reviews/Development sessions 
• You are Proactive in developing a retention strategy for your team members 
• You will be actively involved in recruitment and talent attraction to BMC 
• You will Take an active role in developing strong relationships with your ecosystem (peer Managers/Solutions Engineering Managers/Corporate Functions) 
• You will Provide accurate and dependable revenue projections to the senior management 
• You will Ensure customer satisfaction remains high and develop referenceable clients’ interaction
