Join us as a Field Marketing Specialist!

Each individual within the corporate teams is a valued partner to the overarching success of BMC’s employees and customers. 

As the Field Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing programs to generate pipeline and drive revenue goals. The marketing plan is multi-tiered with primarily 1:few programs and includes measurements on overall marketing contribution to pipeline.

Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:

  • Set and execute the marketing strategy in close collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Create an integrated and multi-channel marketing plan
  • Develop quarterly marketing programs for different account segments that focus on three major objectives – build pipeline, accelerate pipeline, and nurture relationships with high-propensity-to-buy accounts.
  • Serve as the marketing liaison for sales team, ensuring plans and goals align with key leadership functions including solutions marketing, product pillars, sales, corporate brand, and communications, etc.
  • Drive creation of relevant content and messaging considering partner resellers and their ability to replicate in their own marketing campaigns
To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:
  • Demonstrable digital marketing experience, preferably in an enterprise IT environment, with a strong understanding of data/marketing analytics and the ability to articulate insights.
  • You possess a strong sales acumen and a keen understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle with a target audience mix of C-level, IT and senior level business buyers.
  • Have a good understanding of demand generation, and effective progression tactics.
  • Your background shows a proven track record of delivering high ROI from integrated campaigns

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. 

The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is SGD 57,225 - SGD 95,375
