The Field Marketing Specialist position is responsible for building and executing integrated marketing programs to generate pipeline in support of revenue goals, increase market awareness of key BMC solutions, and create deeper relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute the marketing strategy for their assigned area, in close collaboration with Regional Marketing team
  • Develop and activate localized marketing campaigns for different account segments that focus on building and accelerating pipeline, progression of key opportunities and increase business revenue for targeted accounts (outbound)
  • Work with cross-functional regional and global teams to leverage global best practices and deploy customized initiatives across the region aligned to field goals
  • Analyze the results of launched initiatives and drive improvements through impactful, scalable, repeatable marketing programs and improve efficiency and effectiveness, as well as optimize regional resources
  • Own the relationship with selected business partners, plan and execute joint campaigns across Latam to leverage awareness, reach new customers and identify pipeline
  • Lead with an innovative thinking and come up with new plays to help the team drive demand generation and detect opportunities to build and convert Sales pipeline
  • Manage external agencies in the execution of programs across the area
  • Utilize infrastructure tools to analyze pipeline and adjust program mix accordingly to meet sales needs
  • Use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads
  • Use data and industry best practices, as well as bring creativity and proactive perspectives to optimize marketing strategy
  • Communicate and coordinate with different people to achieve Marketing goals
  • Other related duties allocated by the regional Marketing leader

Qualifications

  • 7+ years related B2B marketing experience, preferably in an enterprise IT environment
  • Keen understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle with an audience mix of C-level IT and senior line of business buyers
  • Strong understanding and multi-year marketing experience in the assigned regions 
  • Good understanding of account-based marketing, digital marketing and social media
  • Experience with targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns
  • Exceptional project and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple programs
  • Results driven, teamwork oriented and customer focused
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Spanish and English are required to read, write and speak fluently; knowledge of Portuguese is desirable, as this role will be communicating daily in all three languages
  • Ability to work with a multi-cultural team with daily interaction through digital platforms
  • Writing/editing experience with proficiency in text/image edition tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
