The Field Marketing Specialist position is responsible for campaign operation, key processes, and performance analytics to optimize execution and achieve maximum efficiency. Teamwork abilities, communication, organization, compliance and initiative are fundamental skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, update and present campaign performance reports, analyzing overall performance against goals (ROI and KPIs), year over year growth and target attainment
  • Manage the tools needed to implement Marketing activities and support general Marketing operation
  • Track processes of the area and guide the team through compliant execution
  • Work closely with Marketing Analytics and Lead Management team members for campaign tracking and reporting best practices
  • Plan and deliver internal communications, being responsible for leading the internal Marketing calendar and distributing information properly for internal campaigns, events, and specific Marketing requests
  • Interface with Sales team to identify potential customer references, being responsible to manage the process of creating customer stories
  • Work with Marketing team members to manage translations of required materials following company terminology, glossaries and style guides
  • Use data and industry best practices, as well as bring creativity and proactive perspectives to optimize marketing strategy
  • Communicate and coordinate with different people to achieve Marketing goals
  • Other related duties allocated by the regional Marketing leader


  • 4+ years related B2B marketing experience, preferably in an enterprise IT environment
  • Experience in operational environment to support marketing initiatives (process management, campaigns reports, budget track, etc.)
  • Be sensitive to data and has clear, logical thinking for data analysis-related duties
  • Exceptional project and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple programs
  • Results driven, teamwork oriented and customer focused
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Spanish and English are required to read, write and speak fluently; knowledge of Portuguese is desirable, as this role will be communicating daily in all three languages
  • Ability to work with a multi-cultural team with daily interaction through digital platforms
  • Writing/editing experience with proficiency in text/image edition tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
