This position requires someone with great organizational management skills. Your main responsibility will be to support the Country Director for our business across Japan and whilst interacting with other business units and levels of management.  It will require various forms of communication in English and Japanese.

  • Interpretation of communication between non-Japan staff and local staff.
  • Translation of documents, emails, and other forms of information between Japan and external.
  • Administrative tasks to support sales team.
  • IT knowledge to support the communication in English and Japanese.
  • Ability to travel on occasion within APAC to attend events and QBR’s and SKO (sales kick-off meetings) to take notes etc.
  • Support sales in managing SFDC in English.
  • Handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature flawlessly
  • Interact with various levels of management, including Managers, Directors and other Vice Presidents
  • Support marketing materials that may require translation.
  • Plan and run company events, such as quarterly meetings and social gatherings
  • Fluent/Business level English, written and oral communication.
  • Preferred to have IT knowledge to support the translation and interpretation.
  • Works independently and uses appropriate discretionary judgement
  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently
  • Must possess the ability to manage multiple projects and constantly prioritize as circumstances change
